Tomac has loved electronic music for over 15 years. He started to enjoy it when he first discovered what dance music is.
Tomac
He started to listen to Euro Dance style music, and began to listen more to this kind of music. He eventually landed on trance music by the end of 90's, with the popularity of the big names like Tiesto, Paul Oakenfold, Paul van Dyk, Ferry Corsten, Armin van Buuren, and many more.

After years of listening to trance and going out to local rave parties in Montreal, Tomac begun to produce his own music. With some piano lessons in his background, he enjoyed writing melodies that could be used over in his trance tracks. He started to produce his tracks with the software Reason.

His studio grew with the addition of his first hardware synth, a Roland JP-8080, a legendary synthesizer that is synonymous with trance music. At this time, Tomac worked with Reason, Digital Performer and his new synth Roland JP-8080. Producing music was always a passion for Tomac, and he'd spend great amounts of time searching for his defining sound with trial and error.

4 or 5 years later of producing music in his home studio, Tomac sent his music to local DJs for them to play in parties. His music has also been played on Internet radio shows and in DJ mixes. By summer of 2006, Tomac bought some gear for DJ mixing. He felt that it was now the time to play his music himself. One year after, Tomac has since had the chance to play his music in local events.

In September 2007, Tomac was signed to Moonrising Records with his first official release "Like a Dream". Mark Versluis made the first remix of his new hot trance track.
