Tenthu is an alias of the Russian producer Kirill Salyakhov. His professional career began in 2005 since he signed his first

contract with the Spanish label “Impressive Records” for the vinyl release of “Miss Illusion” track.

First big success found him in February of 2006 after his production “Orange” (which was out on Inov8 Recordings) was included into Armin van Buuren’s “A State of Trance” radio show and a week later it was selected by the listeners as a “Future Favorite”.

His future works many times and again appeared in such charts like Technics, DMC, Beatport etc. and were highly ranked. Singles and remixes of Tenthu are being released on such respected and famous labels like Discover, Bonzai, Flux Delux, Alter Ego Records and many more. All released stuff is being successfully sold in the biggest world’s media stores.

Kirill’s productions are regularly supported and playlisted by such a “big guys” like Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk, Tiesto, The Thrillseekers, Marcus Schulz, Menno De Jong, John Askew, Riley & Durrand.

These days Tenthu is one of the most established and famous producers in Russia who works in progressive trance style. He actively crosses Russia and nearby countries again and again as a DJ and also has his own radioshow “Moscow Nights” on one of the most world’s essential radio stations “Afterhours FM”. Also, he’s the co-owner of “Kontakt Recordings” electro-house label.

Besides, he works on progressive / electro / minimal stuff under his guise of “Slimheticz”. “I can’t produce one main style of my music every day. More commercial and harder tracks give me inspiration and ideas for the new productions” – that’s how he explains an appointment of the second alias. The story continues.
